Bridge Property Services founded in 2014, a Boston’s boutique Property Management Company, serves condo associations, homeowners, and landlords. We focus primarily on two to twenty-unit associations in Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End and South Boston.
We also care for single family residence and offer in-unit management both for owner occupants
and landlords. We offer our clients the highest level of service, trust, and peace of mind.
As a condominium homeowner and investor, we understand your needs and aspirations to have
a comfortable and secure place to live, as well as a sound income-producing asset. Our goal is
to maintain your building and home and provide in-home repair services and project management to suit your needs, as well as emergency response services.
For landlords we provide rent collections, tenant response & relations, in-unit repair

Johnna Barry is the Owner of Bridge Property Services. She has worked in residential and commercial real estate since graduating from
Boston College in 1999. Her entire career has
been in real estate and includes both residential
and commercial building management, leasing,
and asset management.
In 2014 Johnna launched Bridge Property Services with the support of Kevin Quinn, a fellow
BC classmate and alumni. Bridge has grown since then but continues to be a boutique firm
with a dedicated staff who offices out of South Boston.
Johnna, a landlord herself, enjoys sharing her real estate management and asset value expertise with her clients. Her goal is to offer her clients a lifestyle that enables them to focus on their priorities--work and family--with the peace of mind knowing that their homes are being well-cared for and value-maintained.
Johnna is a long time and active member of CREW Boston and can be found most days in her Boston office, visiting client properties or walking her rescue pup Minnie.
MEET THE TEAM
Tricia Dillon - Manager
Tricia is a master of all tasks that require common sense and maneuvering in the city of Boston. She
is a lifelong and third generation Boston resident.
Tricia's career in customer service spans 25 years starting as a professional stylist in the North End. She and Johnna have known each other since 1995 and Tricia joined the Bridge team 2017.
Tricia spends the majority of her time at Bridge client properties meeting vendors and clients and ensuring the preventive maintenance is performed.
Away from work you can find Tricia literally running around the city training for marathons; she's completed 10 thus far. She may also be walking her Frenchie and Mastiff with Bob her husband. She's enjoying an empty nest with her 3 children in college.
Kevin Quinn - CFO
Kevin Quinn is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 25 years of experience. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College and holds both an MBA and a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from Bentley College.
For the past 17 years, Kevin has held various finance and accounting roles within a large global healthcare company, providing strategic and operational expertise.
Beyond his corporate career, Kevin and his husband have spent the past 11 years building a thriving rental real estate portfolio specializing in the Provincetown vacation market. Together, they currently own and manage six properties across Provincetown and Boston, combining their business acumen with a passion for hospitality and
real estate.
Yahaira Acuna – Property Manager
Yahaira has a diverse professional background that blends expertise in financial services and commercial real estate. She began her career as an analyst in the financial services industry, where she honed her skills in operations, strategy, planning, process improvements, and working with large data sets. Over the past two years,
Yahaira transitioned to the commercial real estate sector, contributing to teams that manage Class A office buildings, lab spaces, retail properties, and parking garages. As she continues to grow professionally, she remains dedicated to expanding her knowledge and expertise in the field.
Yahaira joined the Bridge team in 2020, part-time, and it was through Bridge that she was introduced to property management, sparking her passion for real estate. In her role, she is responsible for recording payments and creating operating budgets for Bridge clients.
Outside of her professional life, Yahaira enjoys exploring Boston with her husky mix, Ares, spending quality time with family and friends, and prioritizing a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Jean Provenzano - Bookkeeper
Jean is a lifelong resident of South Boston. She has mastered many careers which include bookkeeping, accounting and QuickBooks.
She has experience operating her own business and brings her expertise to Bridge. She handles Bridge’s Quickbooks Accounts and keeps all our invoices and vendors paid. Jean joined the Bridge team in 2023.
She met Johnna while walking their dogs. Their love
of dogs was where their friendship started.
Jean enjoys spending her time giving back. She has traveled to Africa and spent time in a Wildlife orphanage where she aided in the rehabilitation of animals being released back to the wild.
She has raised 5 children and her youngest is
in college to become a veterinarian.

Minnie Barry - CPO
Minnie joined the Bridge Team in 2023 as a 6-month-old puppy thanks to the Texas rescue organization SOCA-fbc.org. She was one of 12 pups who traveled over 3
days to their forever homes, thanks to the amazing volunteers at the rescue organization. Minnie reports to the Bridge office daily after enjoying morning walks at
Castle Island. She enjoys naps by the window in the Bridge office and takes pride in her daily walks to the P.O. box. She is always happy to greet clients, vendors and
friendly pups who come by the office.
